Physionex AI Disclosure
Effective September 3, 2026
Physionex uses artificial intelligence to help draft workouts, meal plans, summaries, progress insights, exercise demonstrations, and other fitness-related content.
What AI does
AI features may analyze information you choose to submit, including goals, experience, available equipment, schedule, preferences, limitations, workout history, nutrition information, and progress information. Physionex may generate structured suggestions that you or your coach can review and edit.
Important limitations
- AI-generated output can be wrong, incomplete, inconsistent, or outdated.
- AI does not know every fact about your health, environment, technique, or equipment.
- AI output is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency guidance, or a substitute for a qualified professional.
- Generated calorie, macro, exercise, progression, recovery, and similar recommendations are estimates.
- Coaches remain responsible for reviewing AI-assisted content before assigning it to clients.
Safety
Do not use AI features for emergencies. Stop exercise and seek appropriate professional care for serious or urgent symptoms. Medical conditions, pregnancy, medication concerns, eating-disorder concerns, and significant injuries should be discussed with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Data processing
AI requests are processed through Physionex's secured backend and may be sent to an approved model provider. Physionex may retain request, response, workspace, model, usage, latency, safety, and error information as reasonably necessary to provide the feature, enforce limits, investigate incidents, and improve reliability.
Human review and control
Users and coaches should review and modify AI-generated content before use. Physionex may block or limit requests that appear unsafe, abusive, unlawful, or outside the intended fitness and wellness scope.
