Physionex Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to paid Physionex functionality purchased through Apple, Google, or another authorized billing channel.

Plans and workspace access

Physionex may offer subscriptions for Personal, Coach, and Gym workspaces. The features, limits, billing period, price, and eligibility associated with a subscription are shown before purchase.

Billing and automatic renewal

Mobile subscriptions are billed through the applicable app store. Unless cancelled, recurring subscriptions automatically renew according to the terms displayed by Apple or Google at purchase. Your app-store account is charged according to that store's rules.

Trials and promotions

If a free trial, introductory offer, or promotion is available, its eligibility, duration, conversion terms, and cancellation requirements are displayed before purchase. Store eligibility rules control whether an offer is available to a particular account.

Cancellation

You can manage or cancel a mobile subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used to make the purchase. Deleting the Physionex app or your Physionex account does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription.

Restore purchases

Physionex provides a Restore Purchases function for eligible purchases associated with the current app-store account and Physionex identity or workspace.

Upgrades and downgrades

The effective date, proration, credit, and renewal behavior associated with changing plans is controlled by the applicable store and the offering shown at the time of the change.

Failed payments and expiration

A subscription may remain active during a store-provided grace or billing-retry period. If payment cannot be completed, paid functionality may expire or become restricted.

Refunds

Apple and Google generally administer refunds for purchases made through their respective stores. Refunds may cause associated paid access to end. Contact the applicable store for store-purchase refund requests.

Taxes and price changes

Applicable taxes and regional pricing are determined according to the store, location, and applicable law. Current pricing is shown before purchase. Future prices may change subject to store rules and required notice.
