Website Privacy Notice

Pre-launch scope: This notice covers the public Physionex Labs marketing website. It must be expanded before the Physionex application collects production user data.

Information you provide

This website does not currently operate a server-side contact database. When you use a contact or beta form, the website opens your email application so you can send the information directly to a Physionex Labs email address. Information you send may include your name, email address, role, and message.

How information is used

Physionex Labs may use information you send to respond to inquiries, discuss beta participation, evaluate partnerships, and improve product planning.

Website hosting

The website may be hosted through Amazon Web Services. Microsoft 365 is used for business email. These providers may process technical or message-related information according to their own service terms.

Cookies and analytics

The starter website does not intentionally set advertising cookies or include third-party analytics. If analytics are added later, this notice should be updated before deployment.
